BPC-157 Price: The Milligram Is Weighed, Not Assayed
A vial price divides cleanly by a labelled mass. What that quotient leaves out is water, counterion and whatever the purity figure excludes, and none of those are visible in the cart.
The BPC-157 price at the supplier linked below is $49.00 for a 10 mg vial, or $24.50 with the code PEPTIDEDECK, which works out at $2.45 per labelled milligram. That is the number the cart will show you.
It is also a number with a hidden denominator. You are dividing dollars by a mass printed on a label, and the solid in the vial is peptide plus water plus counterion plus whatever the purity figure excludes. This page does the price arithmetic first, then shows how much of the milligram it rests on is actually established by a certificate.

The BPC-157 price at every quantity on the list
Two reductions are published. The code takes 50 percent off the list price. Buying in quantity takes 3 percent off list at three vials, 5 percent at five and 10 percent at ten. Nothing in the published terms states how the two interact, so the table treats them separately and the cart is the only place that settles it.

The BPC-157 cost per vial is the easy figure to compare and the last row is why. Ten vials bought on the tier still cost $4.41 per labelled milligram, nearly twice what one vial costs with the code applied. A reader searching bpc 157 price without the hyphen lands on the same listings, and the same conclusion follows: on this supplier the reduction that matters is the code, not the volume.
Carriage is free above $250. One discounted vial at $24.50 is about a tenth of that, and eleven discounted vials would be the first basket to clear it on a post-discount total. Two listings, and only one of them is only BPC-157
The second listing is the Wolverine Stack at $90.00, or $45.00 with the code. It contains BPC-157 10 mg together with TB-500 10 mg. Divide $45.00 by 20 mg and you get $2.25, which is lower than $2.45, and the comparison is meaningless unless you say what the second 10 mg is.

Read the right-hand column before the middle one. If BPC-157 is what you want, the single vial is the cheaper source of it by a factor of nearly two, and the stack is only better value if TB-500 was something you wanted anyway. Nothing on this page is a claim that combining the two does anything; that is a separate question the evidence does not answer. The milligram you are paying for is weighed, not assayed
A fill operator weighs a solid into a vial and the label records that weight. Three things sit inside it that a price cannot see.
- Water. A lyophilised cake retains residual moisture, measured by Karl Fischer titration and reported as a percentage of the solid. That water is on the balance when the vial is filled and it is inside the milligram you divided by.
- Counterion. Peptides purified by reverse-phase chromatography come off the column as trifluoroacetate salts. BPC-157 has two sites that are protonated at the low pH of a TFA mobile phase, the N-terminal amine and the single lysine, so it can carry up to about two trifluoroacetate ions at roughly 113 Da each against a peptide mass near 1,419.5 g/mol. At the upper bound that is close to 14 percent of the weighed solid, and it is salt rather than peptide.
- Everything the purity figure excludes. A 98 percent HPLC result is an area percentage of the material that eluted and absorbed at the detection wavelength. It is not a mass balance of the vial.
None of that makes $2.45 a bad number. It makes it an upper bound on value rather than a measurement of it, and it is the reason two suppliers quoting the same figure are not necessarily quoting the same thing. A stated net peptide content, or a stated counterion content, closes the gap. Most certificates in this market do not carry either line.
The measurements that would close it are ordinary analytical chemistry. Purity by reverse-phase HPLC with detection at 214 nm, the wavelength that reads the amide bond and therefore responds to peptide material broadly rather than to aromatic residues alone. Identity by mass spectrometry against the theoretical mass for the 15-residue sequence, formula C62H98N16O22, catalogued on PubChem as CID 9941957. Water by Karl Fischer. Endotoxin by the Limulus amoebocyte lysate assay. A result is interpretable only against a stated method, which is the principle formalised for regulated work in ICH Q2(R2) and left entirely voluntary here.
How much of the price is analysis
Testing is charged per lot, not per vial. One synthesis, one purification and one set of analytical runs are spread across every vial that fill produced, so the analytical share of a single vial price falls as batch size rises and is small at any realistic scale. That is why a large headline reduction is not evidence that something has gone wrong, and it is also why the presence of testing is a weak differentiator while the specificity of it is a strong one.
The supplier on this page publishes certificates from two independent laboratories per lot, Kovera Labs batch 12-05260628 and MZ Biolabs batch 12-01260229. We have not commissioned our own analysis and we are describing what the vendor publishes, not confirming it. What that arrangement does buy is a second opinion on the same material, which is worth more than a single certificate at any price, and a lot number you can match against the vial that arrives.
The generic version of that document is worth nothing. A product-line PDF with no lot number, no laboratory name and no report date is a marketing asset. The criteria that separate the two are set out in our supplier decision framework.
Why there is no pharmacy price to compare against
Insurance pays against approved products. BPC-157 has never been approved by the FDA, the EMA or the MHRA for any indication, has no National Drug Code, appears on no formulary and has no USP or NF monograph, so there is no covered price and no cash pharmacy price either.
The compounding position is the part most pages get wrong, and it moved twice in 2026. BPC-157 was placed in the FDA's Category 2 for nominated bulk substances in September 2023. In April 2026 it was removed from that category after the nominations were withdrawn, which is not the same as promotion to Category 1. At its meeting of 23 and 24 July 2026 the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee narrowly recommended it for the 503A Bulks List, and that recommendation is advisory rather than binding. BPC-157 cost against other research peptides
On the same supplier's list, MOTS-c runs at $3.75 per labelled milligram with the code and retatrutide at $4.95 on the 10 mg presentation. BPC-157 at $2.45 is the cheapest of the three per milligram, and the reason is synthesis rather than generosity.
BPC-157 is 15 residues with no lipid chain, no non-natural amino acids and no conjugation step. Each additional residue in a solid-phase synthesis adds a coupling and a deprotection and costs a little yield, so a longer or chemically modified peptide is more expensive to make and harder to purify to the same specification. That is a statement about chemistry, not about worth: cost per milligram tells you what a milligram cost to produce and sell, and says nothing about whether the evidence supports paying for it. What the evidence grade does at $24.50
Nothing. The record is what it is at either price, and it is thinner than the volume of discussion suggests. The tendon, ligament and gut findings that drive interest in BPC-157 come from rat and cell work, a large share of it from one research group at the University of Zagreb, and independent replication of the central results is limited. A 2025 systematic review in HSS Journal surveyed the emerging use of BPC-157 in orthopaedic sports medicine, and a 2026 review in Pharmaceutics treats it explicitly as an investigational peptide with unresolved formulation and translational barriers. There is no completed large human efficacy trial. The first controlled human test is now under way and has not reported: a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 in acute grade II hamstring strain, sponsored by Hudson Biotech, began recruiting 120 participants on 2 February 2026 with primary completion estimated no earlier than 14 February 2027 (NCT07437547). The consequence for a price page is narrow and worth stating plainly. If the evidence did not justify $49.00, it does not justify $24.50, because a discount is information about a merchant and not about a molecule. The per-milligram arithmetic on this page divides a price by a labelled mass, which is not the same as a mass of peptide: water content, counterion content and chromatographic purity all sit inside that figure and none of them can be read from a price. Nothing here is a judgement on the material, and no human use is described or implied. BPC-157 holds no marketing authorisation in any jurisdiction.
